Newday Care - Mobile social performance and workplace wellbeing platform
Campfire Digital designed and built the entire Newday Care platform - Flutter mobile app for iOS and Android, progressive web version, and management backoffice. The platform helps companies measure and improve employee engagement through academically validated exercises, podcasts, videos and anonymised collective wellbeing reports.

The Newday Care app gives users a dedicated space for personal and professional growth. It features podcasts, thematic videos, and dozens of exercises and tests developed from academic research to assess different aspects of personality, communication, stress and motivation. Access is available via individual subscription or through the user's employer.
Enterprise data
Anonymised reports for enterprises
The real value of Newday Care for enterprises lies in its collective performance reports. The platform aggregates anonymised data from all of a company's employees and produces rich analytics: collective mood trends, unbalanced team detection, general happiness levels, and time-series tracking to measure the impact of organisational changes such as a new manager or office relocation. These PDF reports are generated from the backoffice and can be personalised by the Newday Care team with a written analysis.
