Campfire Digital designed four emails in GoldUnion's branding, optimised for desktop and mobile: an initial invitation, an invitation reminder, an attendance confirmation email and a J-3 reminder before the event. Delivery is handled via a secure Postmark integration, guaranteeing a 100% delivery rate with zero bounce.

Branded landing page with attendance form
A bespoke branded event landing page was built in Next.js and Tailwind CSS, featuring an attendance confirmation form. Guest data is stored in a secure Neon DB database and synchronised with the client's internal event management system.
